Advice re dealing w/ unfair criticism in review: Firm gives full text of reviews & a summary. My actual evals were very positive, but the “summary” had this unsubstantiated & horrifying line: “Take care your communications with work providers show appropriate DEFERENCE and collegiality.” I suspect it’s from a highly insecure female partner who constantly negs me. I’m a 2011 grad, a team player, & am unsettled by sexist undertones re “deference.” Thoughts on how to tactfully raise at review mtg?

Lost a high performing SM to an industry job earlier this month. They were on track to becoming a Partner in 2022 but still decided to take an industry job which pays $400K. I tried to explain that they would make $600K as a first year partner and the income can go up to $1M in next 5-6 years. They still refused to stay in consulting because they think that becoming a Partner is just the beginning of the rat race and did not want to deal with sales/revenue targets for the next 20 years 😔😔

I had HR round today and HR said fron this month onwards Accenture stopped giving joining bonus to everyone.

I have offers from Mastercard and EXL Service (EXL Health/SCIO Health acquired by EXL) @ 10 YOE. With Mastercard, I am getting Level 6, Lead Software Engineer at 41.5 LPA(including variable), but I have to relocate from Noida to Gurgaon. With EXL Service ( EXL Health), I am getting D1, Assistant Vive President at 43 LPA, but the location is Noida.

CTC: 25L (fixed) + 20% (variable) + 2L (joining bonus)

Another offer from a startup: 27L Fixed.

Domain: Salesforce developer.
YOE: 5.5 years.

KPMG is not ready to negotiate more; this is their last offer. Am I being offered as per market standards?

Hi Everyone,
I have 2 offers for Data Engineer role:
1: Impetus (LeapLogic Product + WFH till further notice then Hybrid)
2: Enquero (Permanent WFH + Good Project)

Impetus is offering 6LPA and Enquero is offering 7.5LPA.

I have 1 year of experience and I am a little confused about which one to join.
My main aim is to learn as much as I can.
So, If any seniors here have any idea about the companies and can give some advice, It would be of great help.
