I’ve recently started working at PwC as and account executive. I have a degree but not in an accounting related field and I’ll be honest I’m not sure I want to go down that route. I do want a career and progression, what options do I have? What routes have other people taken?

What opportunities of growth do Sales Engineers have? All I’m thinking of is SE management but even that requires x number of years of leading SEs. How do you beat that or get someone to consider you for those roles?

I joined the product based org as a Coldfusion developer after Accenture.
Here I'm not having any Coldfusion work. they expecting me to work on migration from coldfusion to other technology.
I declined the multiple offers for this company including Capgemini and in Capgemini I was getting a manager position.
Now I'm feeling my decision of joining product based org was not wise.
It's really difficult to switch now with Coldfusion as very limited openings are there.

I am an experienced software and data product developer/ manager, who took a break to try consulting. My industry is Health and Public sector. I am trying to get back to product, but, the public sector experience is not apple = apple match in the private PM world. For eg. No agile. Words of advise from people who have made a transition from public sector to private sector in the PM space? Are there any good product management certificate courses that are respected in the PM-ing world?

Anyone here working in industry? I read online that PharmDs who already broke in the industry setting are doing well. I am a registered pharmacist but I have a BS Pharm. I was wondering if I break into industry, if the BS Pharm will be looked down upon… or do people just say “PharmD” because it’s the common degree for pharmacists

Anyone near the Pittsburgh, Pa. US, area that could help me get into an entry evel sales job? I made a career change 6 months ago into customer service job to get some experience. I have great professional references and an even better work history. I have 2 semesters of courses completed for an associates degree in business but the introduction of our third child has college on the back burner for the moment.

I have no network or support system with experience in this profession.

My SO told me he wanted to take a break and I told him that we should rather break up for good but never heard back from him. During the break, I met couple of guys and things happened. Now my SO wants to be back in my life and I told him what I have been up-to. I gave him the classic “But we were on a break” line and he got more upset. I am involved in the pure Data Science aspects as well e.g. coming up with the algorithms and pitching novelties and all.
I want to shift to pure Data Science. The reason they picked me cuz I was good in coding and I didn't have any better offers and the time of joining. I have a bachelor's in stats and masters in data science. Any suggestions?

Jio CTC: 30 LPA + 10% variable designation: senior data scientist manager (WLB more, less learning, domain matching the role, job security is high) EY GDS CTC: 39 LPA + 10% variable designation: associate manager level 3 (Not sure about WLB, thedomain would be different from the current domain, issue of job security as high CTC and nonrelevant domain) 6 years experience in Data Science (Life Science and healthcare).
