These are either difficult to implement, or the cost to achieve is so high it basically becomes a dis-synergy through margin contraction. Are we getting too creative with these non-traditional revenue synergy ideas? Have any of you seen the creative ones quantifiably work?

Have any of you done free social media publicity for authors and publishers but are trying to get a paid job in a field that's monetizeable? So Altman clearly beats out MBB in some sectors and is trying to position themselves as an MBB or perhaps tier 2 equivalent, but they’re just not matching the salaries. Why were Analyst salaries only raised to $95K when my friends at big firms (not just tier 2 but also MBB) will be making $100-120k as second years?
