If I declare a certain LTA reimbursement, will it be reducing my inhand now? Or is it like during filing ITR next year if I show traveling bills I can get deductions in my total income tax?

My total fixed is 22,05,000. How much should I assign for my LTA reimbursement?

About to list my townhome for sale in a Chicago suburb. Any suggestions on how to price it right? Should i get a property appraisal?
