Guys does JPMC CCB does joining of new employees only on Mondays? JPMorgan Chase

Hi Fishes,
I got offer from persistent with 31lpa.
But most of the compensation they added into skill bonus-1400000. Due to that my basic salary is low- 50k as compared to my cctc basic salary, which is 63k with 19.5lpa.
Is it normally happening with everyone joining to persistent?
Can Persistent increase basic salary component and reduce the skill bouns?
I asked hr to increase my basic, but she mentioned that it’s system generated and standard format, vary cmpny to cmpny.
Plz help me out guys.

I had given interview in @Infosys and it went well. Then HR called for documents submission to release offer letter. But after that till no response. I followed up with infosys HR bt they didn't reverted back. Now some days ago i logged in to check candidate id and it shows rejected. Can anyone please explain how and what basis ,they are selecting and rejecting candidate . YOE - 7+years, Senior Automation tester.

I had cleared all the rounds in S&P and had salary discussion 1.5 month back. The HR is always saying the management is on leave and will soon get the approval and release offer. Today she shas asked for one more week to release the offer. Should I wait for it or move on. Are they waiting for some other candidate to join before rejecting me at last moment. Only 10 days of my LWD are left.

I supported day and night for a project but they have never recognised me . Finally they recognised and provided rewards for a managers pet who used to work with help of my support for solving all the issues.
I regret now that I should not work for company. I should concentrate on my own wealth and health.
