New offer is 12-15% more than deloitte.
Which one is better and should I join RBS in these market scenarios.

Has anyone living in Jersey city used a pediatrician in NYC?

The facility and individual practitioner reviews seem far superior to the ones in Jersey city. Also not a car owner, so will have to uber to either place. Going to NYC involves tunnel which might be a disadvantage.
