Hello Folks, Due to very toxic environment I had put down paper w/o having any offer. Fortunately, within 2 weeks of NP I cleared interviews for almost 4-5 organisations. All HR, had said that in last month of NP they'll release an offer, just so that I won't have a counter offer. Now, almost 2 weeks are left for NP to end, and surprisingly all of them are ignoring my mails, calls and texts. Please suggest. I'm losing patience as I was looking for switch since April 2022.
