Guys, I am in a confusion about choosing amongst two company. I have an offer from EY GDS and another from a mid size service based company ( but they are offering 5 lakh more On current EY GDS more) . Unable to reach to a point like on what parameters can EY GDS can be choosen, how about their yearly hike percentage, how about the promotion. Just need genuine advice
