1. Get yourself a demo account
2. Take enough trailheads that you’re familiar with the UI
3. Get your admin cert

Personally I’m not a fan of trailheads. They over simplify and I don’t love how I feel like a child reading them. But, because they’re so simple, it’s good for some very basic intros.

I’m a big fan of the admin cert because if you study all the material, you’ll definitely have some core concepts down.

I'm on the same track. I did some paid course on Admin, but that wasn't useful, I dropped half way. Shreysharma.com - The admin couse in this site is really helpful and engaging. I did my admin training here. The best part is, it's free. Give it a try.

like

start with the admin trailmix, then take the admin certification

focusonforce ($20) is well worth before taking the exam

Your years of experience?

Yeah do a load of trailhead to get familiar.

Trailheads for getting your feet wet and learning our framework. Focus on force - and others - are a great resource for deeper dives which are good for certs. Start with trails, get comfy and hands on, move to studying the more granular details thru other sources and then certs.

If you have developer background, Learn apex and lightning development, you will be in demand , there are 1000s of admins out there.

What type of Pharmacy job do you think is a safe choice now, as you look toward the next 10 to 20 years. In other words, which job should we look into now that will still be in-demand in the future (for example: inpatient pharmacy didn’t need a residency, but now many employers are asking for one. But those who are already experienced in the field can get a job easily)

Can anyone give me insight on how important it is to like your practice area? I finished up a clerkship in 2020 when then market was terrible and felt pressure to take the first job I was offered. It was in litigation, which I wanted, but it’s also construction law which I am finding to be majorly boring. I’m 7 months in and not very happy and I’m wondering if that’s why? (It could also be the low salary, the billable hours, the intangible but definitely present boys club, etc).

2. Deal Advisory role at one of the Big 4
3. Organization strategy role from one of the top consulting companies (not Big 4)

Which role offers the best exit options? All the offers from US support teams of the companies.
OS role offers better than the other two (only slightly), but I am interested in a good profile
