I’m interviewing for a Director of Marketing and Communications role. Although it’s a little bit of a stretch with things I’ve never done before, I think I could do it. However I’m having a bit of imposter syndrome due to my age (27).

I’m worried they’ll take one look at me and assume I’m too young to handle it. Same goes for anyone I’d be managing.

Any advice/tips?

I'm in my 2nd week with Deloitte and things just seem a bit off. I've left my resource manager 2 emails , no response from him. Not been assigned a coach or an onboarding advisor yet .Is this normal ? Who helps me get assigned to a project ? When does the process start ? I can't be just sitting and doing nothing. What am I supposed to charge hours to this week ? I've gotten no guidance on that.

Would anyone help me with time limit for HCL interview after successful completion of 2 technical round. It has been 2 weeks now and no response from HCL technology. Do I need to think that I am rejected or HCL HR is busy with other activities. Even they are not responding to emails about my candidature

I gave interview for hcl this saturday (3rd dec) but still i haven't recieved any response from the HR. Does HCL HR usually take this much time to get back with the results or I am rejected thats why no feedback given .

Y do companies deduct the employer contribution of EPF from us ?! Aren't they supposed to contribute it (which is evident from the name) ? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Seems like, This is a never ending rat race, what do you guys do to relax? To have some quality time? I am somehow not able to enjoy my life and this hits me hard quite often.
