Guys, I have a query. If a company asks you for the present salary structure/salary slip etc. Does it mean that you are through and that the company will be making an offer shortly? Also, how much time does it take for that company to revert with the offer in general.

So, I'm preparing for some interviews this next week as I'm searching for remote job opportunities in the Hr field (HR junior business partner and/or talent acquisition specialist ). I'm based in Portugal and I've no idea about the salary I should expect... Can anyone give me an idea of what salaries are practiced in Europe for these specific positions?
