Guys, I have a situation!! Onboarded HCL on friday, during interview etc they told me it's a Development project but now they have put me in support saying they still need to onboard resources for the Dev project and working out few other things and might take 2-3 months. Also, the laptop will be shipped after few days itseems. Now firstlY I'm not happy for the fact its a support work. So can I just abscond from the organisation since I already have other offer in hand ..or server NP? HCL Tech

For designers in agencies. What do you like and dislike the most about working in an agency? I just switched to an agency but I don’t think I like it, I have worked my whole life in house and the differences to me are huge. Not sure if it’s only this agency, but I feel totally alone. I have given some projects but I don’t think there is collaboration at all and the communication sucks, everyone is too busy on their on projects or tasks.

I learnt digital Marketing and started Interning at this Media House in Mumbai. I am in the Paid Media Team. They paid 7k as stipend. Now they gave me an offer letter as Media Executive, the role of client coordination and basically a beginner account Manager. But they've offered a monthly salary of 12k. They said the max they can do is 15k. The problem here is, I was under the impression that Media houses generally pay higher, but 15k is too less I believe. I want to know your real thoughts

Why are tax salaries so much higher than audit salaries?

Is it okay to sit on bench for 2 months(i recently joined Deloitte usi on 28th feb and been on bench since then), my source is showing project start date from 25th April. I'm planning to use this time on bench to learn new skills and reasearch for other career opportunities.
