Better hike in India is much worthy than onsite . Having said that going to foreign country is also dream for many , in terms of travelling and exploring other side of world.

Maersk ..Is it? One thing to note about Maersk is they have outdated IT systems and you might not get that kind of high tech exposure which you might get in services or consulting companies.

They are having a transformation, in which they are developing new products for their use, as well as for selling them to other logistics orgs. I've been interviewed for the same. Hopefully get those.

Everyone talks about lack of WLB at MBB. For those 1st or 2nd year post MBA, how is your day specifically structured? At my current job I work 12 hour days but outside of core team meetings I have autonomy to decide when to get my work done- meaning I can go to dinner with friends or go to the gym in the evening fairly easily.

YOE: ~8 years (Big Data 2 years)

How difficult are client Interviews comparing to actual Interview?

I want join Epam systems but worried about Client Interview difficult shared by others, Good at theory but Hands on do not have much exposure but have pure development experience and strong in SQL.

But I am confident on learning.

I am searching for job and gave lots of interviews last month. I gave my final(3rd & 4th) technical interviews with three companies. They all told me they will provide decision soon. Its been a month and haven't heard anything from them yet. I even emailed the HR but none of them got back to me. Does anyone have similar experience like this? Should I wait or does this meas they already hired someone? Please provide your input. Thanks
