Hello Everyone! Does anyone have a connection at Netflix ! I am an author/marketing associate and truly my dream job is to work on the team that creates/produces Drive to Survive. I am a huge F1 fan! However, I am willing to start where I can and work my way there! I was laid off due to Covid and just trying to get back into the field and industry I love.

I've worked at the same engineering firm for 4 years. I'm currently making $161k with only a $750 bonus, but excellent vacation (4 weeks, cash out anytime, rolls over indefinitely), 45 hours a week. I have an interview with a recruiter at Guidehouse this week for a Technical Project Manager role. It seems to be focused in the government space and requires a security clearance. What sort of salary and benefits could I expect for this sort of role at Guidehouse?

At PwC, the layoffs are the result of current projects drying up (like mortgage lookbacks) and the loss of key accounts to competitors. Our leadership had ridiculously aggressive growth goals and now that they can't meet them, people across the board are getting let go
Holy shit at Accenture too???
Haven't heard about any layoffs in Accenture, but an MD for security consulting in the financial aervices sector did just leave, don't think he was laid off
Apparently Accenture has a hiring freeze though. Heard it through another consulting grapevine forum
Yeah the hiring freeze is accurate. Heard it from an internal capacity lead.
Thanks P1.
