Guys I’m kicking myself! I’m currently on my notice period and just have one week left . I was recently in an HR screening interview and when the recruiter asked me regarding the notice period I don’t know why I stupidly didn’t mention that I’m already on my notice period and said “four weeks” - My hiring manager interview is scheduled for tomorrow so I’m not how to bring this up? If this will make me look bad a candidate? Idk!! HELP

I work for a biotech in Cambridge, MA, I’ve been with this company growing out the general ops team for almost 3 years. I was making 78k as the senior operations associate. I just was promoted to Operations Manager and was offered a salary increase to 85k. Based off of my research this is very low based on comps and the economy. Anyone have any tips on how I should approach a negotiation to ask for more? Median salaries for my type of role are between 100-120.
