Hello fellow UX-ers. I recently interviewed for a role and one of the interviewers on the panel asked me if I've done any projects other than for my current company. I work for a large consultancy and 1. I don't have time for freelance or pet projects 2. Even if I did them, I could seriously be in trouble with my current company. Hello all I received an offer from EY GDS and the date of joining was a concern so I asked for a postpone not much just by a week.( Joining is in May)
It's been almost 1 week now and I haven't heard back from the HR I called and was informed the details are shared with other team and they are working on it.
Is it normal ? Does it take really this long for a new start date?
