SaT, Tax, shared services, consulting will go to NewCo. Audit and some teams of tax related to it will be AssureCo.

Don’t think so
After the split, you can't carry the EY brand name with you—this will be the first thing. Second, I don't think after split hikes they will be the way that they are now. One can review the case study of Accenture (I don't know what the average yearly hike is in Accenture). Third, I think professionalism may be impacted a bit. Right now, the company is hiring from premier institutes. Its employees are smart and understanding. But after the split, it may be a mass hire like average IT companies, and you may have to deal with rough people sometimes. These are just my thoughts. I'm not sure what others think about it.
