Mid-level here. Only associate on a deal and, while my partner is overseeing, I have been the lead. While we are all happy taking multiple offers and joining the company that gives highest pay. Quality of work type of project product vs project etc. have taken back seat. Even the recruiters don't give a complete picture. A guy who might be doing development in Java may landup in a project that has only devops requirements. When asked about this they say go through udemy courses. Please be aware as these practices are very prevalant and might hurt your future prospects.
