Guys, need suggestion on below two questions - 1. If you are already holding offer, why you still looking change. 2. What is you expected salary(Is it good idea to tell them figure or range)

Anyone have any insight on how the salary ranges work at Lockheed Martin? On new job postings I often see rather large compensation ranges and I'm trying to figure a good rule of thumb as far as how that translates to actual compensation. For example, say a job posting has a salary range is from 74k - 125k. What would you expect to be initially offered, and how flexible are negotiations within that scale? Thank in advance!

Looking at an offer for $100k for a senior position in HCOL (non NYC/SF). I would be waking away from promo to manager in a niche industry that I do not have a desire to work in long term. Fellow enterprise tech sales fish, I’m interested to hear your perspective. I’ve been in a rut lately and seriously considering leaving sales. I think it’s primarily fueled by one thing: After a 6 mo cycle I closed a large deal (4x the average deal size) prior to receiving delayed 2022 comp plans. The deal counts as a 2022 deal. On last years comp plan it would’ve paid out at 10%. This year it pays out at a measly 4%. How do you/have you navigated your way through and out of these situations?

Negotiation help needed: Have an offer for about 50% more than I currently make. During application process they made you give your target salary. The offer on the table is $10k over my initial number AND during interview process they talked about fast career ascention opportunities (6 months or less). 1. I feel like I should negotiate bc that's the thing to do. 2. I also feel like I have no leverage bc they're already over my initial target by $10k and talking promotion in 6 months. Help!

I’m an aspiring art director and working on my portfolio for junior gigs/ internships. For each project in my portfolio I create 2/3 executions over platforms for instance TVC/Social/ print. There’s one project I created recently for a comp I didn’t win, but thought it would be good to include anyway. However, it’s only a poster design for the brief ( I created 3 poster variations). Should I include this in my portfolio as a single project or create an area more for short briefs/graphic design?
