In excel , we have basic salary(min 35%), personal allowance (less than or equal to basic), other allowance(max 30% of personal allowance) HRA (Max 50% of basic) and finally PF (12% of basic). There are different teams in the department in which I am hired. Can I ask the AVP of department to shift me in another team of same department, I have joined the organization 1 week ago, shall I talk to my TL before telling AVP or should not say at all.
