I started my first in-house role about 4 months ago and I don’t think it’s the right fit. I love the no billable hours aspect, but otherwise I miss the structure of being at a firm. How long do you think I should try to stick this out before I move on? 2.5 YOE, 6.2 LPA Mainframe, recently got an offer from TCS for Mainframe Developer position with 7.5Lpa. My project Director called me and willing to match the salary here in Cognizant. He said i will be eligible for yearly hike as well.

Please suggest if truly I will be eligible for yearly hike after being retained and is it good to stay overall.

P.S - TCS gave 7.5 on top of 5.1 LPA, 6.2 is what i got recently in April promotion for Associate.

User Testing Question:

I am adding user testing to our flow (we already have live ab testing). People are very excited for it and want to test everything, but not everything they want to test seems testable or valuable to test.

1 As a people pleaser, how do I determine what tests are valuable and explain that?

2 One manager wants to test the exit intent of a page (hitting x or idleing too long prompts a "almost there" modal), how could I effectively test it? Should we just test live?
