Which one I should choose, I have started my career in Product support role and have 5 yrs of experience.

My recruiters (or anyone lol) I need advice! So had interviews (both rounds) about two weeks ago and asked HM for update a week later. She mentioned they may have internal referral but turns out that route wouldn’t work, so they will have answer for me this week. What does this even mean?

Salary for analyst - digital product management @ american express? 2.5 YOE + location is Phoenix AZ. Also is 3-4 years really necessary for senior level role - Or will previous title be taken into account? I.e moving from product manager to senior product analyst. Or with 2.5 YOE would I automatically be a reg analyst?

What do you think about the loop (non-tech)? I really don’t think it told much about who I really am at work. I felt that asking me the really small details of everything actually missed a huge chunk of what I do and makes me a valuable leader. I had to spend a few interviews going into the finest details of products’ features in my past companies where my role, past or future, has nothing to do with product. It felt like testing a professional swimmer how fast they run 100m. How did you feel?

My husband has been unemployed since last year. He has a part time gig holding him over until he finds something better, but he is struggling. Overall he has 10 YOE in hospitality (server, bartender, events, and restaurant manager) and 2 YOE in sales.

He’s open to school, but that will only delay us further. Open to getting a cert.

Where do we go from here? What are some fields he could enter in with this experience? Or something with OTJ training?

I’m currently a hr specialist and have 3-4 years experience in hr with 10 years fully admin. I’m now level 7 cipd qualified with a masters in HR and struggling to get into a hr manager role as I’m way overqualified for the role I’m in now. How hard is to break into manager role?

Got dinged after a job interview and was told by the recruiter verbatim that the reason is I wasn’t outgoing enough. This was for a product manager role, not sales or anything...so disappointing.

I recently came across a post that said “40k for an adult with a degree is a joke”. I recently graduated with a BA in communication. I have little to no experience outside of college as well as few jobs while in school that don’t relate to my major. Any advice what salary would be too low to accept for a communication or pr position? Or how I can land my first job? as it’s been 3 months since I graduated.

Do you think there’s a glass ceiling for out gay employees? I’ve been with my (now) husband for the last two decades and had three positions. I’ve absolutely excelled in each, winning awards, exceeding goals, working well. But with each position, I’ve had difficulty getting promoted. I even took on the responsibilities of a senior director after his firing and I couldn’t get promoted. My handpicked successor — who I think is an excellent marketer — became a director almost immediately.

Offered role with client for same amount of money but one level higher. Trying to figure out if Worth taking it. It’s my dream role but the pay is the same ( consultant to manager role). Reasons to leave D, work life balance, layoffs scare me, current client has good culture/ work to life balance is 9-5. Is it common to get offers from clients? If so maybe I can wait and get better offer.

This is regarding income tax proof submission.
I Joined UST on Nov'21 and before UST I was not under any tax slabs. I had only 1 LIC premium being deducted on monthly basis. Though I declared the LIC amount from April 2021 to March 2022. I have still got LIC statements till Dec2021 only.
Also planning to invest in ELSS and term insurance by Jan end. While i only submitted LIC in investment declaration form.

I have an offer from JPMC and joining is on the 23rd of this month. I have given 2 rounds of interviews in Dell and they said I'm selected, only one round is pending and they need 1-2 weeks of time to release the offer. Should I wait for a Dell offer or join JPMC.

I have already spoken to the Manager and MD at JPMC regarding the project and other things. So I'm confused whether not to join JPMC or not.

Dell is ready to offer around 6-7 LPA more than JPMC
