Can we expect 80% hike after 6 months in the current organization. I'm not actually planning to move out because of of hike, but because of the project which I got in which I'm not comfortable with. I'm interested to stay in the organization. But my supervisor said I have to stay in this project for atleast 5 years and HR asked to stay for atleast 2 years which I feel would loose my career.

Kindly provide a solution.

My friend is being recruited for a Cyber Security Internal Audit position at a major bank. VP/AVP level he’s currently a Senior Consultant with a background in Internal Audit and TPRM. Would this be a good step toward more management roles? He hasn’t got a lot of Cyber experience but wants to potentially break in and use this as a stepping stone

My company has always had SalesForce but it was not really a tool that we used or that anyone looked at. Over the last year my company has put more stress on growth (to be acquired or IPO) and they are now obsessed. I know it is important and necessary and my boss is clearly becoming stressed with our entire team. Current HHI of ~$650k in the USA (north east, HCOL area, early to mid 30s, DINK). Future career prospects seem safe and steady but nothing exciting (work at large companies, H1B struggle etc).
