Found myself in a conversation with the branch manager (white male pushing thru his late 60's) about holiday decorations. I just told him how I've been directed by corporate to keep the winter holiday decorations as non denominational and he nearly exploded. Starts saying how Christmas is the "American Way" and "nobody is going to take MY Christmas" and "this is MY BRANCH, I will decorate for CHRISTMAS" and so much more. I'm just flabbergasted, frustrated but not surprised.

Got offer from Infy b/w 40-45% hike on my current at Accenture and similar hike from TCS. Will Accenture match this ? I do not want to leave Accenture because I feel Accenture is really good in comparison to other Service Based Orgs but a better pay is always good…right? Other offers are in pipeline but for now only these 2.
Also will TCS blacklist or barr me from applying further if I accept offer letter and do not join TCS ?
