Any thoughts on McKool Smith? Considering lateral opportunity to IP Litigation group (Dallas office) as mid-level associate. Seems they have a decent reputation for plaintiff-side patent litigation, however, their peak may be tied to the heyday of EDTX patent litigation (late 2000s/early 2010s). Where do they stand today (in terms of work flow/quality, associate opportunities, culture, quality of life, etc.)?

I realized he never talks about the past. So I decided to know about his past, has he been into hook-up culture (which if you're for, u do u but I dont appreciate it especially at my age)

I have a offer from ey india - client morgan Stanley with offer - 23 lpa fix + 20 percent variable. I will be working from pune location. Project will be somewhat relevant to fraud detection
Another offer is from citi with 24 lpa,project related to market risk And third offer from hsbc of 20 lpa with project related to insurance domain and i will part of a team they call as api team.

One policy that has been hotly debated but I strongly disagree with (as a left leaning person) is student debt cancellation. My other liberal friends also disagree with this one.
