Hi all, looking for views on this situation. The law firm doing my visa transfer shared my confidential data with a third person assuming they were me. They were emailing somebody in their firm with the same name as me assuming it was my email they were sending the details too (PII), ofc I haven’t started at the firm yet. Lawyer said he has mailed in RFE materials for both I-485 and I-130 in one package to USCIS 2 weeks ago. I-485 status got updated to “RFE received” in a week, but no update for I-130 yet.
