I’ve been trying to recruit attorneys to join our team at my firm but it’s been incredibly difficult to do so, even for friends of mine who I know are working at firms which are really terrible. It seemed a lot easier to get people before Covid hit as people changed firms all the time but now it seems much more difficult.

I have been living in my midtown apt (condo) since Sep 2021. There wasn’t a COVID discount when I signed. Lease is ending 8/31/2022. I would love to sign another year and stay. What’s the best way to navigate this for the lowest amount of price hike? I don’t think it is rent stabilized.

My landlord has multiple apts and has not mentioned price inc. to me yet. Doesn’t seem to be on top of things. Heard there is a 30 day notice rule for landlords to increase rent by more than 5%. Please advise!

Unfortunately, my father passed away in covid second wave. Then i realised spending life with family is equally important. I left my job and am looking for a job near or in Delhi. My last employer was godrej & Boyce , designation Asst manager and by background is civil engineering. Please suggest is there any relevant openings available.

After giving an interview I got a call and mail from TCS hr for document upload on 2nd nov in tcs ibegin, on the same day i have uploaded the documnets in tcs ibegin and on 4th nov the status got changed in tcs ibegin from canditate registered to evaluation in progress but still my document status is showing pending for verification . Can anyone tell me how long it will take for verifying the document and generating the offer letter?

My current ctc is 20.3 LPA. And TCS offered 21 LPA. I have told them 4 months back only that my expectation is at least 30% hike. They dragged it a lot and took 4 months of my time for various interview rounds and now they came with this package. So I accepted. It's been 1 month now and I want to reject it now saying that i want the better hike. Is that correct?
