I am UI/UX Designer on first H1B and my new company is filing for H1B transfer and needs an experience letter from my previous company which laid me off on 8th Sept. The chairman is our family friend and told me to draft an experience letter which he will sign. I want to include job responsibilities in my experience letter but not sure whether they have to match the petition filed during my H1B as I worked both as a contractor for 2 years and full time for another 2 years after H1B was issued.

If you had a choice, where would you live? UK or US? I am in a confusion state because I have previous lived in US for 6 years, totally loved it (minus the health care expenses and live to work mindset). I currently work in UK where I have no health worries as NHS takes care of myself, but extremely unhappy with Pay! I have a choice to return to US but unable to decide if I should go back or Stay here in UK. I will be on Visa in both countries for atleast next 5 years before I get permanent.

My company filed an AOS to extend my visa and change it from L1B to L1A. I have all the prereqs being a manager both in my country before entering the US and after. Last Friday I received a message saying USCIS is sending me an RFE. Can anyone tell me based on experience what type of evidence they could be requesting?
