H1B expiring April 2017 (6 years) should I go for greencard process?

Anyone knows of a US project also having a team working out of Canada? Looking for a move due to visa issues but still wanna stay associated with the US market.

I have signed an offer letter with Google back in Nov’21 but due to the VISA transfer process and then RFE, it took a lot of time for the H1B to get approved. ($260k)

Parallely, I recently received an offer from Chime which I want to accept. They will start my H1 Transfer once formaities get completed. ($350k)

Wanted to check how have other people said no to a signed offer letter to Google and what happens with the approved H1B?

2. Local Firm $7-10mm revenue, 4 partners , 2 retiring soon , MD is a saint

3. Regional firm $67mm revenue , 350 employees. Option to work remote fully, could live anywhere , just have to go to the office 4 weeks a year (could move to LCOL area and invest in real estate)
