HI folks,
My current CTC is very low with respect to my YOE. CTC : 5.2 lpa
YoE : 4
Tech stack : Python , MLops
But now my manager has initiated H1B visa for me and the visa process is in progress.
Is it worth to wait till the H1B process completes to work in U.S (or) should i make a switch immediately. .

Slightly different, but my wife got her F1 stamped from Montreal and it was quick and easy, this was 2-3 months ago.
the approval given it was denied the first time? Should i be concerned?
No. Congratulations. Good luck.
I have heard that these days it can take additional few weeks for processing when you go for stamping. Be prepared in case that happens.
It doesn’t matter which consulate you go to or previous denials. But sometimes consulates in Canada have a warning about going to your home country for first time stamping. Just confirm with them about it and you’re good to go
Lawyers specifically warned us about not going to other countries, especially in this crazy environment. I would advise you to go back to your Home country.
Thank you everyone! This is really helpful!
