Anyone here transferred from another ACN office to Accenture UK? I have a bunch of questions but my recruiter is bit 'shy'. 1. Does Mobility help with overall visa process or employee arranges on his own? 2. Who can confirm what is reimbursed vs borne by employee. 3. Is comp negotiable or ACN won't budge on initial offer? 4. Any hotel accommodation provided for first few days? Can I extend for 10 more days given amber list country restrictions.

It's almost frustrating to find another job at the 5th year of H1B. What do you guys suggest? EY is pretty scary when it comes to expectations (managers/Sr.Managers I work with) who can screw me over any time. And the climate of layoffs. My firm filed change of employer petition when I switched jobs and it was approved for Houston location. They filed an amendment 4 months later when I moved to Austin. Both the original change of employer petition and location amendment were approved by USCIS and have respective receipt numbers.
