Whereas Kyndrl manager asks to relocate to Banglore.

So I had been working as medical interpreter up to the early part of this year. Today, during an interview, the Director with whom I was interviewing genuinely urged me to consider pursuing a career as a PA or even attempt to go to medical school. I had considered it in passing before but today was about the third or fourth time that someone had earnestly nudged me in that direction. Has anyone here made such a career pivot before? I love working in healthcare, there’s nothing like it.

What math do you do mentally and what math do you do on paper in a case interview? I have a case where something is done 430 times a day. I need to multiply it by 365 else by 30*12.

A few months ago I interviewed for a trading position. I recently received the job offer and the title doesn’t match the job description I applied for (it doesn’t have the word “trader”), though they insist that job responsibilities haven’t changed. Additionally, variable comp is very low % target and not based on individual performance. Any advice on what to do??

I have a contact who is a hiring mgr at a company I want to work for. He told me he has an open role for me and set me up with 6 interviews over a 2 week period. They all went really well and HR said I’ll most likely be moving forward to a site visit. But now my contact has ghosted me. After I made 3 outreaches he had his aa schedule time for two weeks out. I originally asked for 180-200k base salary since it's a director level role and I'm coming with ~9 YOE.
