I was in a similar spot a few months ago when I was going through a medication change.
I started from the ground up to pull myself out of the funk. First I focused on eating habits, sleep hygiene, and at least a walk outside a day. Once I had those down, my head was much clearer.
Then I started picking up weekly therapy sessions & made sure I spend at least an hour a week with a support group. For me this is my AA home group but getting together with supportive friends is healing.
Now I feel ready to start tackling bigger changes (potential career change, working through issues with my partner, setting boundaries).
I wish I had a quick answer / solution for you. Whatever you’re feeling is temporary and you have the power to make positive changes in your life
Is this addiction & sobriety related or depression and anxiety related? If the latter, that’s a different bowl
