I’ve been an EA for 12 years and I’m having trouble getting an interview with a well established company. I’ve had lots of interest at smaller start ups, but I would prefer a more stable company. I’ve applied for a few roles at Amazon, Facebook (Meta) and Zillow Inc but no replies yet. Any suggestions on how to get noticed?

No idea, but if you did not deliver on the last interview and it was critical to the actual job, that can’t be a good thing. Most long interview structures are behavioral, cultural, and a combo of hard and soft skills. Is there anyway you can ask the recruiter or main contact for a re-do? Chances are slim but you never know. Good luck!
Personally I think you still have a chance.
I've been in that same situation and unfortunately I got rejected... I was really upset especially since it was a major company and they didn't allow any re-dos but such is life.
It's ok! These things happen... The opportunity that came around after was pretty solid anyways! Getting paid more while doing a lot less work lol

I once hired a SWE who was so nervous they couldn’t answer most of my interview questions. Your performance during the first four stages count more so don’t worry too much.
You still have a chance. Companies often structure their interview scoring in a way that rewards coming up with a solution, even if you don't fully implement it.
