Hi folks, I have recently joined Publicis Sapient taking an offer of 14.4 LPA. I have total 4.5 years of experience and my previous CTC was around 3.4 LPA. I had various offers in hand but not one to counter this one and PS is providing me 4x+, so I couldn't negotiate much.
Another thing is I was an immediate joiner as I had left my previous organisation 3 months ago so I couldn't wait to think about this offer.
But now I think it's low, what do you think please let me know and suggest.
What makes employees the happiest?
I have offers from Bajaj Finserv, Impetus, Eclerx,BNY Mellon, Congnizent (package discussion pending)

Impetus is deploying in Big data project. Is right choice? If yes

The Crowdstrike role is better with higher pay. And Google is, well, freakin GOOGLE.
Hence the dilemma.
Massive layoffs on the way for Google cloud unit. There is a recent article going on this where one of the Google executive spoke about it. So consider this as well before you join
Crowdstrike. Their speciality is security. At google, it’s just another role.
That’s a valid point. Anyone who’s got less than 5 YoE can think that. IMO, if you’ve got 10 YoE, it really doesn’t matter. But what does matter is that which org you’re more interested in joining.
For eg., I let go of a couple of orgs in FAANG and joined my current org last year. Now I get at least a couple of calls every month from one of the FAANGs and similar orgs.
But Google is Google. No arguments there. Rest and vest is their motto. But check the work culture of the org before making your decision.
Go for Google ...many crowdstrikes will come on your way...# brand matters
Hi, could you please mention what level they offered you at Google? Does it depend on total years of experience or interview only?
