Is it pretentious to list awards for projects on your resume? Does it even matter for something like the Graphic Design USA awards? I’m not even talking about ADDYs level wins.

I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to avoid entering your work history dates beyond 15 years on those online applications that will not submit unless you enter dates! I was advised by job experts not to include any jobs over 15 years, but that will limit me to two jobs which do not reflect my scope of experiences. I had no idea it would be this difficult returning to work after retirement. Thank you in advance for any help in this area.
