Unless you are drinking 1-3 pots a day you are fine. A few cups is ok. But now that you know cut back a little
Agree. You’re totally fine. Now they you’re aware you can make adjustments.
Congrats on your new pregnancy! Many of us recommend you read “Expecting Better” which goes through a data-backed exploration of key topics like drinking coffee. My dr said there are some studies that show it is contraindicated (at higher volumes as stated by others). I had an early miscarriage and had been drinking a bit of coffee, gave it up completely for my 2nd pregnancy which went to full term, and now I am pregnant again (19 weeks) and I have one precious cup every morning that is the highlight of my day 😂. I also have one cup of tea or chocolate occasionally.
Second this. Book is great. Drank coffee throughout both pregnancies. Even had sips of alcohol 😁 Boys turned out just fine!
I had a cup of coffee every day during pregnancy. Currently have a happy, healthy 6 week old napping on me.
I limited to one 16oz cold brew a day
Pro
Plenty. It’s fine unless you are an insanely caffeinated person. Anything vaguely reasonable you are fine

Enjoy a cup now, in a few days you might not be able to stomach it. 😉
Yes bagels!
Haha thank god for coffee it supported me across my whole pregnancy and so much more after 😆
