Had HR discussion with KPMG global services last week. She negotiated and told me the package they can offer. I accepted and said okay. She said that I will be getting offer letter by Monday. When I mailed her regarding offer letter today. She simply said sorry I am not getting approval for your offer. And she said she can provide 50k less than previous CTC. Do I have to trust her and wait for offer letter or move with other offers.

I got an offer from TCS of 8.13LPA for 4 yoe in automotive domain and accepted that offer. but my salary was revised from 6.2 to 7.74 LPA in appraisal at my current company, now if I compare it with tcs it is I am getting less than 10% raise in tcs . How should I approach to HR in tcs regarding this issue.

PS. I still need to put my paper. And first time switching company.

Joining a big firm next week as fully remote lateral and flying out to home office for orientation. The schedule has me in office until 4:15. I’ve already been told I won’t have any actual work. I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company. 1.I had two offers one is with Cognizant with 11.55LPA fixed + 45,000 variable pay. I was offered L1 position(designation - Associate).
- Only day shifts(no rotational weekoff's) + I get afternoon shift allowance around 5k per month.
-As per the Manager mention it's mostly WFH we need to come to office at least one month in every 6months(duration).

2.HCL offered L2 position with 10LPA(Around 1.5 Variable pay is included)
-No shift allowance
-Rotational shifts including night

Don't you think it's high time ppl start calculating in hand salary and how much % hike to ask n all?? I feel that's immatured behaviour when few of them ask these questions 😐
