Nowadays because of an immediate joinee service based company recruit ppl with less skills and candidates are not able do day to day tasks after on boarding
So for these candidates who cant perform well when they billable what company can react for this like release from project or lay off them or give training?

So management is saying not a single staff is ready? Does BDO usually promote to senior after 2 staff years. Last year no one that was a staff 2 didn't make it to senior in my group.
Maybe they don't want to give the senior raise or title? Afraid people might leave? Sounds fishy to me.
Maybe that is common during mid year, but likely to be considered ready by end of the year?
Weird as they are recruiting for risk at all levels? You would think they would want to promote from within?
