The salary discussion happened 11 days ago
They haven't released my offer letter or salary structure yet
The company's TA person sent me 2 workday mails but the letter wasn't in it
He is saying it's a technical issue and has forwarded the same to upper HR people.
I've been very supportive to him and understanding the situation as I want to join the company, post some salary re-negotiation
At the same time, my LWD is in 2 weeks
What do I do?

Currently making 125k salary with 10k bonus at essentially an assistant controller role. Client wants to hire me and is asking for my compensation range. What is the market rate for an assistant controller in a large private company? They are really really wanting to hire me and willing to pay a little more. They floated around 150k last time we spoke but is there potential to ask for more?

Hi fishes. I need one advice.

I was offered a role at a firm, but they put in on hold with no info on the date. There was no joining letter given, just verbal confirmation.
In the mean time, i got another offer and they wanted immediate joining. The HR was not willing to negotiate the date at all, so i onboarded. It has been 2 weeks.
The 1st firm has now confirmed the role & it's much better pay and role wise.
Is leaving it justified with what good reason can be given to move ?

2. Mphasis 18(17.1 fixed)
3. Pegasystems 14(13.1 fixed)

Pegasystems is a product based company with alot of benefits but salary is very low.
Mphasis is offering good but heard they have very less development projects and also wlb is not that good
LTI is also offering good and heard that again wlb is not good.

LTI and Mphasis are service based companies.
