Had my third and final interview three weeks ago at a big law firm that is hiring multiple candidates for the same position. Radio silence since. Followed up with HR but no response 2 days later. Should I assume I didn’t get it?

sounds like they are waiting for their first choice to make a decision on the offer

I wouldn’t say it’s completely out yet but it’s not looking good. Had almost an identical situation last month and ended up not getting an offer. Found out a little after 3 weeks from the callback

A2 is right - they are working on their first choice and if it falls through they may come to you. Keep looking. If you really want the job, keep in touch with HR so they know you remain interested. From personal experience hiring for my firm, candidate 2or3 never looks as good when first choice candidate ultimately falls through. We usually start the search again.

Will it be too high salary to ask for a Manager(M2)-Data Analytics position in Deloitte Consulting UK?
If no, then will it be good enough for 3 people to lead a decent life in London (Like Hounslow or Milton Keyes) including a 2 year old kid. Traveling to London on daily basis.
If yes, then kindly suggest a reasonable salary range for this role.

Most titles I've found interesting are along the "medical assistants" role, but don't fit the bill cause I don't have an MA license.

So stuck. What do I do? I joined this firm a year ago (4 yrs exp total) to grow/get more court/client exposure. Then 2 more-experienced associates were hired, pandemic, & all cases are divided between the other 2. I have no defined tasks except deficiency letters or the odd pro bono case. Boss claims it's mentoring. I still need to meet bill req.

Last wk Boss said I'll do more & my work was good, but today said I can't 2nd chair bc I don't have experience. I'm doing less now than my prior firm.

My firm has a collections budget (80% of your billable rate x 1850 hours) and an hourly budget that must be met in order to be eligible for a bonus. The firm cares very little about originations and will reward someone for making their collections over someone who brings in new work. I missed my collection budget due to some odd timing with a client, but originated more than all my peers so no bonus for me. I’ve been at this same mid level firm for 9 years and it’s all I know. Is this normal??

The amount of people, even attorneys, who can't separate out the policy merits of abortion from the issue of whether it is a constitutional right is disappointing. I consider myself pro-choice ---I believe states should allow it, that the federal government can pass a statute to guarantee it, and that FDA statutes and regulations will preempt any state trying to ban chemical abortions through FDA approved drugs. Dobbs at its core is a case about the Due Process Clause, not the policy of abortion
