It’s a numbers game. Keep reaching out to other agencies. Keep sending your book out. Don’t overthink stuff like this. It doesn’t matter. What matters is that one of these days you will reach out to the right person at the right time.

I wouldn’t get too hung up on that. Some people just aren’t active LinkedIn users. Instead of LinkedIn, send them emails to check in from time to time and let them know that you remain interested in working with them.

CDs, Engineers, Recruiters, etc get hit up a LOT on LinkedIn. I typically have 100-300 unreads in my inmail box. I try to go through them and accept connection requests from people on a very regular basis. It’s hard to keep up!
Just shoot a nice follow up message and keep on interviewing.
