I’ve been negotiating a settlement on behalf of a client. OP is a major corp. we’ve gone back and forth for months, almost a year. Finally came to a final agreement and we’re reviewing for final signature. Then client is reviewing and decides they want something else modified. It’s a point of contention. OP has said no. Should I communicate this to client before pushing back against OP’s rejection of the mod?

Joined tcs 4 months back and now I resigned. I been mapped to us client project from day 1 I joined tcs and got good appreciation in the 3 months of time that I can do any assignment tasks from client.

Now I got offer from Telstra as a permanent role which was my earlier client and I resigned in tcs.

CTC in tcs is 16 lpa and now in telstra it is 20 lpa .
Yoe is 8 .Now they are offering me H1 in retention.egat else can I ask them for retaining or what would be best advice for me.

Today has been an emotional roller coaster day for me: dealing with guilt, fear, and a touch of empowerment.

Wanting to donate my kidney to a person I consider a family but having a high level of anxiety and fear (of pain and something going wrong).
