Not a doctor but it looks like the normal RHR is 60-100 BPM. It seems, the lower the better.

I’m similar and this stresses me out so much but doctors have always been like “lOwEr Is BeTtEr” until I found my current PCP.

Basically doing good cardio 1x per week and working out 3-4 times a week. Took it up a notch w my workouts and pushing myself so I am sore the next day

I use Fitbit. Got my first one in 2014 and haven’t changed brands since. Dont worry, I’ve upgraded models over the years. 😜 I don’t need the gps of Garmin or as much smartphone integration as Apple, so Fitbit works well for me. Depends which features you value.

I'm kind of curious about this because it seems like my RHR is a 67. But never understood what exactly that is suppose to mean. I guess I'm average health.
From that report, it sounds like the lower it is, the better?
What changes did you make to accomplish this? Very impressive!
