Any leadership book would be applicable to a F or M, 🤔

Two books: 1. How Women Rise (Helgesen and Goldsmith) 2. Radical Candor (Kim Scott) Radical Candor should be required reading for all new managers, imo

I went through a pretty rigorous interview process for a marketing project manager but ultimately wasn't given job. Though most of the feedback was positive, the other candidate had more direct experience with the job responsibilities (digital assets, social media, etc.) My job/company dabbles in digital but it's primarily traditional media. How do I again the experience if I'm limited by the type of work we do?
