Please please do not ever use CTC comparison between current and next company. If you get an offer, do an in hand calculation. Some companies add Retirals like Employer PF, Gratuity along with Insurance, furniture allowance as part of your CTC. Others don't. Sone also have higher variable package. So when you do a CTC delta you may get a 20% hike but when you discount the above things you will fall short and may end up making less. So choose wisely.

My dad and sister co-own our house right now. Because my dad is a co-owner, does that legally indicate that myself and my mom will co-inherit the house with my sister after our father?
Or is an explicit will from my father required in this case, to allow me and my mother as co-owners after him?
