feling low because started at 25 as an entry level in consulting and feel very behind career. I’m a female and want to start a family in the next 5 years but due to just starting I don’t have enough money to support a family. Feeling behind overall. Anyone has any tips? i am trying to save as much as possible.

Can someone please paint me a positive picture, of good experiences and optimism? Do these even exist here? I relate so well to all of the negative experiences people post about, the political bs, monsters of people we work with, massive lifestyle and health sacrifices, severe depression, alcoholism... To reinforce that image there are the people who complain thier 30% raise this year wasn't enough. I've been a senior consultant <1 year with ~10 years in industry prior, and I need a lifeline.

Hi, so I was prescribed adderall in college. Have worked a year without it, but my concentration problems have re-surfaced of late. Is anyone familiar with the process of getting a script? Is it as simple as just reaching out to a pyschiatrist and saying that I have attention issues? It wasn't as nuanced at my student health.
