Partner on day 1 of every project 💀🔫
Hello fishes, I joined Nagarro on 24th of August. But still no project is assigned yet. Basically I am on bench. Now I am about to get an offer from ServiceNow. I really wanna join ServiceNow as it's a big product based organisation and the competition is really high compared to Nagarro. ServiceNow is giving me a joining date of 1st October. As I am still on bench, will I get released by Nagarro soon ? Because no project is allocated to me.

If that's the only feedback, you're doing pretty well and should be thankful.
Booz^ no kidding. You can pay me six figures to play around with a deck.
I once had a deck go back and forth for over a month between the client and I because he wanted to specify transition animations and change them every time I'd send him an update.
If the client wants to play "film director", that's on them. Extended my engagement by a few weeks, increased my billability.
I've never understood that. Clients are always cognizant of costs and everything, yet they have no trouble asking a team to spend another hour or two making basic color changes to decks
This is what I don't understand... You realize what you're paying us, and you want us to make simple happy-to-glad changes? Of course, if it's FFP it doesn't really matter, but we could be tackling "your hardest problems" and all that. If fonts and colors are your hardest problems... Well... LOL
