I’m really excited about this one opportunity, I’m interviewing with about 5 other places. I try to remain indifferent so if something doesn’t work out I’m not crushed. But man this is hard.

If I’m unable to pivot to Product Manager or Product Owner should I try Project Manager or Business Analyst for an interim position to help bridge the gap? I cannot move laterally before that is suggested as my company only wants Senior PMs. TIA!

I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. This is the first time I've considered work outside of higher education. I said my salary expectations are minimum $90k and that didn't seem to be an issue. Am I asking too little, too much? How can I know I'm getting the best salary and not just settling at the low end of the range?

Went into the office today. The choice to come in was mine as the office is open but there’s no mandate.

Gotta admit, it was nice to have fast wifi, a crap ton of LaCroix I can drink (and take home), and just get out of my home office for a change.
