24F, 3YoE - I feel stressed about my job daily. Imposter syndrome, fear of not doing enough, being “found out”, guilt for taking PTO, etc. I attended a talk that focused on trauma bonding at the workplace and I believe it resonates a lot with what I’m going through. Have any of you felt this way? How did you cope?

Been wondering about this a lot lately. How do you know if you're on the right industry/career? I've been kind of unhappy where I at but I don't necessarily think it's because of the work. I think it's more of the people I work with, which is also weird because they're technically really great people except for one or two.

These are to be meaningful student relationships where you know their likes, dislikes, strengths and weaknesses so you can help them learn your content as well as develop as an individual. Also, during each day you interact with colleagues and parents. Just curious if there is a similar career with that level of interaction with others.

Need an opinion. I just finished week 2. I do an hour after school club at my district once a week on zoom and none of my own schools students participate. I received a very nasty and aggressive email from a parent making threats and hyperbolic accusations so I forwarded the email to the personnel at the district. They were supportive but is still willing to “work together to assist her”. I thought I was pretty vocal that I did not appreciate the way she addressed me and don’t take lightly to

Is there anyone that is teaching from home and your students have returned to school? How did you get permission to do that and how does that work with kids in the classroom? I am guessing there has to be an adult in the room while the students are in there but is there another teacher during their planning or do you have to get a sub? Our reentry has been delayed and I am working with HR to try and stay home while students aren’t there but it looks like I’m going to have to take some Parental Leave once students do return because there is not a plan otherwise.
